Randy Marshall was a senior executive with extensive US and international business experience in leading and managing global professional services organizations. He has 35 years of advisory and consulting business experience counseling boards of directors and executive management in working with over 200 companies ranging from Fortune 50 global institutions to middle market companies.
Prior to his retirement in December 2016, he served as a founder and Managing Director with Protiviti Inc. commencing in 2002 with 600 US professionals and grew the business globally to 4000 professionals by the end of 2016. He served as a member of the Firm’s senior management team and held numerous leadership roles, including leading the East Region Strategic Account program which comprised a significant number of the firm’s key client relationships.
Prior to Protiviti, Randy was a Senior Partner with Arthur Andersen LLP with assignments in the US and Internationally where he worked in both the consulting practice and the accounting and audit practice and held leadership positions in the firm’s Global and North American industry team. . Randy experience has been focused on providing consulting and advisory services in assisting his clients improve their business performance in various areas including finance, accounting, operations, governance, transaction/M & A, risk management and regulatory matters and has been involved in a variety of merger, carve-out, divestiture and other restructuring transactions ranging from structuring and due diligence to merger integration. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Rapt Capital Partners and Logic Source, a Bain Capital portfolio company.
